How to use
- Take a pea size Pure Shilajit Resin
- Mix it with lukewarm water, milk or Green tea and stir thoroughly.
My Observation
It has a thick semi-liquid consistency and is brownish to blackish in color. It smells sort of as weird as of cow urine and it is one of the features of Pure Shilajit. As soon as you mix it into lukewarm water/milk or tea, it dissolves completely into it without leaving any trace.

My Experience
