Cristiano is the most famous soccer player on Instagram and other social media platforms. Ronaldo has been awarded numerous awards for his talents and accomplishments. Cristiano is very disciplined. Cristiano Ronaldo has been the FIFA Balloon d’Or winner five times. This puts him two behind arch-rival Lionel Messi. Ronaldo is known for his speed and physicality. He can also play as a striker. Ronaldo is among the most successful footballers, scoring 901 goals in 954 games.

Ancestral Tree

Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos, Cristiano Ronaldo, was born on 5 February 1985 in Funchal, Madeira, to a Catholic Family. Named after Ronald Reagan, the U.S. president, he was born. He is a Portuguese professional soccer player who plays for Premier League club Manchester United as a forward and also captains the Portugal national football team.

Ronaldo was born to Jose and Maria Dolores dos Santos. Jose, Ronaldo’s father, was a municipal gardener and a local club Andorinha kit man. Maria Dolores, Ronaldo’s mother, played an essential role in his success. Maria Dolores supported her son when he dropped out of school to study football.

Soccer Journey

Ronaldo began playing football at 7 with Andorinha FC, his local soccer club. Because his father used to work at the club, Ronaldo’s father used to take him often to practice. After watching Ronaldo play, he fell in love instantly with the Sport.

In 1997, he signed his first contract with Sporting Lisbon CP’s youth team. Ronaldo was 15 years old when he was diagnosed with a racing condition. The doctor advised him to have immediate surgery. He was then told that he would not be able to play soccer again.

Inauguration

Ronaldo made his debut with Sporting CP against Moreira’s in the Premiere League on 7/10/2002. Sporting won 3-0, with him scoring a brace. In the 2002-03 season, Ronaldo played 25 matches for the club and scored five goals.

Ronaldo was the star of a friendly match between Sporting CP (Manchester United) in August 2003. He helped Portugal beat Manchester United 3-1. Sir Alex Ferguson, United manager, was impressed with his speed and dribbling abilities.

The 100 League Goals with the fastest Milestone

Ronaldo, who played for Real Madrid in La Liga, became the fastest footballer ever to score 100 goals. Ronaldo scored against every team in La Liga during the 2012 season. This record was also first-of-its-kind. He also scored the most goals in any La Liga season.

Ronaldo scored 17 goals during the UEFA Champions League season that ended in 2014. This is the highest single-season goal total for any player in the UEFA Champions League.

Cristiano Ronaldo won the Balloon d’Or three times. This gives him second place in all-time wins. Only Messi has 4. Ronaldo has been the runner-up for the Balloon d’Or three times. Messi was present on two occasions. Only three other historical players have received such awards. They are similar to the Oscars for Sport or Palme d’Or.
